Liz Rose is the youngest Canadian to climb the Seven Summits, which is the highest mountain on each continent. She accomplished this goal in under 3 years by the age of 26. Liz was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and grew up with a passion for the outdoors and a yearn for adventure. After attaining a B.A. in Communications from the University of Denver, Liz started her Seven Summit journey at 23 years old by climbing Kilimanjaro with her Dad. Liz is currently writing an inspirational memoir about her adventures. She looks forward to sharing her story and is excited to keep climbing new peaks while exploring the world.
